SHORTENED VERSION OF CARRIAGE CONDITIONS - Nord Gdynia
Electronic ticket with reservation GID is the document authorizing to the carriage.
The validity of a ticket: 6 months
In order to obtain a discount, suitable documents are required.
The paasenger should be at the bus stop 15 min before the departure.
Departure and arrival hours can be changed because of resons not depending on the carrier.
The carrier is not responsible for daley occuring because of reasons not depending on him.
On the state boundary suitable documents are required.
Luggage : 1x 5 kg, (AxBxC) total dimensions to 90 cm, 1x25kg, (AxBxC) total dimensions to 190 cm. Complaint at the moment of luggage collection.
Carrier has the right to refuse the carriage of the lagguage which has not typical demensions .
Lagguage insurance: 250 EUR per passenger
The carriage of children: to 12 years - care, 12-16 years -authorization
The carriage of animals: forbidden
Charge is collected for ticket changes and OPEN ticket dating according to the effective price list.
Cancelation conditions: 0-2 days -100%, > 2 days -10%.
Complains: to 30 days
Besides complaints in writing to the Carrier you should also complaints via e-mail reklamacje@voyager.pl within 14 days from the date of ocurring the cause. After that period Voyager.com company does not participate in complaint process between Customer and Carrier.
In case of carriage cancellation because of coach failure, the carrier is obliged to ensure another coach or refund costs of transit by other means of transport. If the carriage is impssible because of reasons not depending on the carrier, the passenger has a right to refunding of the total ticket price.
If the passenger make the coach dirty the charge will be collected: from 100 PLN to 200 PLN.

The route might be realised by different carriers. The determinant is the number of the line given on the ticket and on the panel in the coach.
