Electronic ticket with reservation GID is the document authorizing to the carriage.
The validity of a ticket: 6 months, 9 months ticket OPEN
In order to obtain a discount, suitable documents are required.
The paasenger should be at the bus stop 15 min before the departure.
Departure and arrival hours can be changed because of resons not depending on the carrier.
The carrier is not responsible for daley occuring because of reasons not depending on him.
On the state boundary suitable documents are required.
Luggage : 1x30kg to 180 cm + 1 piece of hand luggage to 6 kg. Complaint at the moment of luggage collection.
Carrier has the right to refuse the carriage of the lagguage which has not typical demensions .
Lagguage insurance: 100 EUR per luggage
The carriage of children: to 18 years - care
The carriage of animals: forbidden
Charge is collected for ticket changes and OPEN ticket dating according to the effective price list.
Cancelation conditions: >7 days - 10% of ticket price, <7 days - 3 days - 50% of ticket price, <3 days - 100% of ticket price (days are counting from departure date)
Complains: to 30 days
Besides complaints in writing to the Carrier you should also complaints via e-mail reklamacje@voyager.pl within 14 days from the date of ocurring the cause. After that period Voyager.com company does not participate in complaint process between Customer and Carrier.
In case of route cancellation because of coach damage or other resons not depending on the carrier, the passenger will receive the refund of the total ticket price solely.
If the passenger make the coach dirty the charge will be collected: from 100 PLN to 200 PLN.

The route might be realised by different carriers. The determinant is the number of the line given on the ticket and on the panel in the coach.
